PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Tom brings over 35 years of industry experience in the field of commercial building and development to TD Construction Services.  He has held executive positions at G23 Development, Clayco, and Turner Construction and has been involved in a number of notable Chicagoland buildings such as Two Prudential Plaza in the heart of Chicago, Ameritech Center Corporate Headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Motorola’s Cellular Phone Campuses in Libertyville and Harvard, and UIC’s College of Medicine Research Building in Chicago.  Involved in more than $1 billion worth of projects, Tom’s client work portfolio also includes such recognizable clients as The University Illinois at Chicago, Digital Realty, Rackspace, Pepsi Cola, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Motorola, Panasonic, and John B. Sanfilippo. In addition to his key role at TD Construction Services, Tom  previously served the community of Lake Zurich as a board member on the Village Planning and Zoning Commission and currently on their Building Code Board of Appeals.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University.
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certified and OSHA Excavation Competent Person Certified

Pat brings more than 20 years of construction experience to TD Construction Services.  Pat takes a project from the design stage and follows it through to completion. Prior to TD Construction Services Pat worked for G23 Development, Clayco and Turner Construction Company.  Pat’s dedication to the project and the project team is evident in the success of his projects.  Pat works in a manner consistent with the highest standards of quality and integrity, while establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.  Pat’s portfolio of projects also includes client work for such recognizable clients as The University of Illinois at Chicago, DuPont Fabros, Rackspace, Equinix, Panasonic, and John B. Sanfilippo.
